How we measure

Impact here means real change that wouldn't have happened without the workshops. Measuring whether a girl feels more empowered is hard, across cultures and languages, so we stand by the leaders' surveys and stories, and say clearly that the data reflects their perspective. In 2024, 19 of our 30 active organisations answered the survey.
